Who doesn’t want to have fun with what they do? I always knew I wanted the type of job that would allow me to have fun and love what I do. Being an artist allows me just that! While working as a freelance illustrator I was also looking for an additional creative outlet. Etsy allows me that. The fact that I can create illustrations for cards and sell them for people to enjoy worldwide has become both satisfying and rewarding. A Love Of Drawing  is not only an illustration and design studio but also an online shop that specializes in creating custom and holiday themed cards featuring African-American children and more. It was founded in 2011 by me Danielle C. McManus- Sladek and my amazing and supportive husband Karel Sladek.  Working along side my husband and our new fuzzy edition to the family, Gabby the cat , puts a smile on my face everyday!
