My husband Steven and I recently moved from Houston to Boston. He is a graphic designer, I am a lab geek, we have a bunny named Eames, and a cat named Charlotte. They’re always causing trouble. We spend our spare time fixing up our apartment, listening to records, and exploring the city. I also run a blog called Design Curiosities. I don’t have a design background myself, but I do have a love for it which began when I first met Steven years ago. I was so intrigued, I took a design class during my undergrad. The blog is a product of that class and is still, four years later, a creative outlet for me and a fun way to learn about and experience design. In addition to design, I have a soft spot for photography, microbiology, thrifting, and gardening (though I can’t seem to keep anything alive). I also like trying my hand at new things, the latest being woodworking.
