At 20 Best Twenty we love promoting growth, exposure, change and development – not only for each of our featured designers, but for unique projects, companies and entrepreneurial spirits, like ours. Our new contributor, Nicole, of Design Curiosities, is being so kind and introducing us to a whole new wave of creative minds – they are bold, fresh, inspiring and just want to promote design at their core.

Season One was founded by a group of four product design students at Turku University in Finland. These young designers have already produced a number of beautiful objects and most of them haven’t even graduated. I’m excited to see what else they have in store. My personal favorite is Oksa, the suction cup planters. They would be perfect for small kitchens like mine, where counter space is scarce. Currently their products aren’t available for sale at any online retailers, but they do have plans for that later this year.
